Lamar, I believe “essentially” refers to the Heartbeat Law. 7 states passed them, many more are in the works. I”m sure you’re familiar? But it’s no abortion past 6 weeks. Sounds fine on paper, but the problem is, we usually don’t know we’re even pregnant until the 6–7 weeks. We miss our period by a week or so, then we are told to wait for one more “because it could be stress, a new workout routine, the weather, or Trump or something.”

If you don’t catch it very early, you have NO options. Thus, these new Heartbeat Bills essentially getting rid of the choice of abortion completely.
