I read your article because I believe American has been heading towards Fascism since the Bush era.

However, you take away from the seriousness of your writing with “LOL”. Don’t undermine yourself. It’s either a fact article, or it’s a blog. If it’s a blog, then LOL can stay. But if you’re hoping to inform, explain, help, and be taken seriously, then write seriously. “LOL” is for children and the lazy.

Additionally, no one ever got rich or successful in overestimating the intelligence of their audience. Don’t assume. Take a sentence or three to explain who Steve Bannon is and why we should give a shit.

I liked your article and would like others to read it. There is veritable truth in there. We ARE broken and we do work harder to survive now. Debt is everywhere. But if I (and others) have to look things up in order to understand what you’re saying, then you’ve lost readers.
